We are looking for talented freelance Insight Managers to support our Insight team in London. There will be a number of projects in 2024 for which we are looking to establish a retained freelance partnership with remote Insight freelancers.
The Insight team at 1000heads is a dynamic, data-driven force tasked with exploring what makes online consumers tick, understanding how brands are perceived by their communities, and extracting compelling stories from data. Equipped with powerful analytics tools, the team crafts performance reports, new business proposals, and strategic audits of global brands, collaborating with departments like Community, Paid Media, and Strategy. Our work includes designing data visualizations, updating clients on audience behaviours, and turning social listening exercises into cultural trends. The Insight Team also conducts bespoke research projects to help clients understand their audience, brand, and category.
The Insight Team answers crucial questions beginning with WHY. If you are curious and determined to uncover facts, you'll fit right in. The team is fully integrated within account teams, providing clients with data-driven insights during key stages such as:
- Strategic planning
- KPI selection and targeting
They also conduct standalone research projects to deepen understanding of audiences, brands, and categories.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering briefs: Collaborate with account leads to define and refine client briefs, creating bespoke solutions for insight and measurement needs.
- Methodology development: Develop and deploy research and measurement methodologies, ensuring accuracy and consistency across projects.
- Data collection and analysis: Use various data sources, including social listening tools, native platform analytics, and third-party research, for analysis.
- Report production: Produce and present reports that interpret data, provide insights, and inspire action.
