FRANCHISEE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years Executive Management, Human Resources/Recruiting, Assistant General Management, or General Management experience in either a high volume Restaurant, Hotel, Resort, or Casino.
  • Entrepreneurial ambition and desire to be in business for themselves.
  • The desire to mentor management applicants and impact lives on a daily basis.
  • The desire to work a NORMAL work schedule and have the nights and weekends off to spend with family and friends.
  • You want to be part of the largest restaurant and hospitality recruiting firm in the United States and Canada.
