Job Description:
This role is within the Finance job family group, supporting business through financial services such as business planning, performance analysis, risk management, tax, and administration. It involves developing and implementing financial controlling standards and processes, supporting business analysis, and participating in budgeting and accounting procedures. The sub-family focuses on controlling activities, including financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support management decisions.
Retail & E-commerce P&L:
- Participate in monthly review of all store P&L’s by region, investigating variances with regional controllers and retail managers.
- Support functions to control costs, optimize store Opex, and manage costs within budgets.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, focusing on sales, store P&L, network evolution, and CAPEX.
- Create and maintain reports and analysis to support business objectives.
- Analyze retail KPIs.
- Partner with the E-commerce team for business insights.
Capex:
- Coordinate with Store planning for accurate estimates aligned with budgets.
- Review Store CAPEX monthly, investigating variances with relevant teams.
Store Database:
- Update store events in the database, including actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support the maintenance of store database reports on lease and financial performance.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform ad hoc retail reports and analyses.
- Assist in preparing retail reports for Kering.
- Improve reporting processes, possibly using Power BI for automation.
