Position: Footwear Designer

What You’ll Do:

• Design: Develop original designs inspired by current trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate: Work with our design team on color, fabric, and trend innovations.
• Visualize: Create sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Partner: Collaborate with account managers and offshore teams to bring collections to life.
• Materials: Select fabrics and trims, testing for quality and performance.
• Prototypes: Work with sample makers to ensure designs meet specifications.
• Quality: Ensure high standards of samples, collaborating with quality control.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Experience in men\’s, women\’s, or kids\’ high-street fashion design.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with 3D design software is a plus.
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
