Food & Beverage Manager – London
Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, this role is responsible for leading all Food & Beverage operations with energy, motivation and commitment to deliver outstanding experience led service with excellent financial results.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
- Three to five years of previous Food & Beverage operational experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Knowledge of budgets, P&Ls and all relevant financial responsibility that would be included in the role or similar.
- Previously achieved set payroll targets, F&B margins and Profit and loss targets through effective planning and proactive management.
- Fully conversant regarding legal requirements in relation to Licensing, Food Safety and Hygiene and Health and Safety.
- You function best in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge.
- Previously built and maintained positive and productive relationships with others.
- Prior experience of building, developing and leading a team.
- Fully conversant in the current licensing regulations in London.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexibility in working hours is required.
