Position: Floor Manager (40 Hours, Battersea)

Reporting to: Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer service in the store.
• Maintain good product knowledge and awareness of KPIs.
• Offer services tailored to customer needs to maximize sales.
• Organize and assign tasks to team members.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prioritize customer service above all.
• Communicate actively with the team.
• Coach employees in training and development, leading by example.
