We seek a Senior/Constant Consultant specializing in Financial Services & Insurance. This role involves leading large-scale transformation initiatives in banking (retail, commercial, payments, lending) and insurance (underwriting, claims).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and contribute to large transformation programs, aligning with client goals and industry standards.
• 3-6 years of experience in banking and insurance projects with understanding of customer journeys and process flows.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and SMEs.
• Design target operating models, roadmaps, and oversee program implementation.
• Excellent presentation, advanced Excel, and Power BI skills.
• Process mapping and reengineering.
• Manage program plans, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Implement change management strategies.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, both waterfall and agile.
• Define and prioritize technical requirements, manage project scope, and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, developers, and testers.
• Stay updated on latest technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist in sales proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
