This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to take on a new challenge or for an ambitious Finance Manager to advance their career. The key responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end accounting function for the business Overseeing payroll and credit control processes Producing statutory reports and submitting accounts Developing and mentoring a small finance team, providing training as needed Producing analysis and commentary for all business reports in a timely manner Supporting the Finance Director and completing ad hoc duties as required The ideal candidate will have: Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBE with relevant experience Proven management and leadership skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel and systems skills Experience overseeing transactional finance and payroll The company offers benefits including a generous holiday allowance, bonus, flexi-time, and hybrid working (2 days in the office per week).
