Finance Senior Associate – London

Brief

We are currently looking to recruit a London-based Senior Associate (or an experienced Associate) with 5+ PQE to join our Finance team. The candidate should be well experienced in trade and export finance and have a desire to be part of a fast-growing team looking to expand its market presence, as part of an established wider Finance practice in London, nationally, and internationally.

Background

We are investing in building our expertise in trade and export finance and are looking to recruit a Senior Associate (or an experienced Associate) to help develop this team in London.

More broadly, we advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on various financing transactions. We work with UK clearing banks, European and investment banks, independent financiers, and investment funds on all types of facilities, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, securitisation, and debt capital markets. We also represent many borrowers, from listed companies to small enterprises, on their financings. Our practice is broad and varied.

Our team offers high-quality legal services in finance, with deep market knowledge. We deliver a partner-led service, fully integrated across our office network. Our lawyers understand client needs and pressures in the financial sector, known for advice quality, speed, innovative thinking, and commercial insight.
