Finance Project Team – Regulatory Business Analyst / Associate, London
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to EMEA Regulatory Reporting, focusing on mandatory reporting requirements, application enhancements, and technical changes. You will work closely with Technology and Business teams to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Establish communication with Regulatory Reporting, Technology, and Business teams.
- Contribute to project scope, approach, and timelines, ensuring understanding of regulatory impacts.
- Document and communicate Business Requirements and testing strategies.
- Define Test Environment requirements.
- Manage issues, risks, and dependencies, and present mitigation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Rules, especially Credit risk, Market risk, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with regulatory reporting software (e.g., AXIOM).
- Advanced Excel and Access skills.
- Experience in User testing planning and execution.
- Understanding of the Project Life Cycle.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Issue and risk management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
- Familiarity with Quality Centre.
- Problem-solving and business process reengineering skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Risk versus reward articulation skills.
