The successful candidate will work across departments, improve operational procedures, and be part of a rapidly evolving scale-up environment, providing excellent opportunities for development and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for daily finance operations
2. Collaborate with the Founder on monthly budgeting and reporting
3. Implement and strengthen internal processes and controls
4. Evaluate and enhance existing controls and processes to develop a robust finance structure
5. Support budgeting and forecasting activities
6. Review and reconcile the balance sheet

Requirements:

• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Experience in a high-growth tech organization
• Advanced Excel skills
