Vista provides worldwide business flight services and is leading the change in private aviation, offering advanced flying services and value worldwide. We operate a fleet of over 360 aircraft and have an alliance fleet of over 2,100 aircraft, enabling point-to-point coverage globally, from 30 minutes to 17 hours of non-stop flying.

Welcome to the Vista Finance Graduate Program based in Mayfair, London. This three-year rotational program offers an opportunity to explore various finance domains and engage with senior leaders for mentorship and growth.

The program includes travel to financial hubs like the US and Malta, and supports studying for professional finance qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).

Designed to develop future financial leaders, the program provides exposure to different finance areas through rotations in up to three of six departments, each lasting up to 12 months. This experience aims to broaden your professional network and financial expertise. The departments include:

• Global Tax : Manages tax risks and compliance across jurisdictions, including handling tax audits.
• Corporate Finance : Drives strategic projects and manages investor relations and stakeholder communication.
• Group Finance : Prepares financial statements, bond reporting, and ensures legal compliance.
• FP&A : Provides financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Operational Finance : Oversees finance operations like Accounts Receivable, billing, and cash collection.
• Financial Risk & Control : Monitors internal controls, risk management, and internal audits.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Degree-level education.
• Self-motivated, dependable, enthusiastic, flexible, with excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a highly transactional environment.
• Effective at building and maintaining relationships within teams and departments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
