Finance Director, Greater London

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Strong background in financial accounting and control within the Real Estate industry, ideally from a Fund Accounting context.
• Qualifications: Qualified Accountant with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Effective management, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Team Building: Proven experience in building and managing teams, working closely with senior stakeholders.
• Efficiency: Familiarity with implementing operational and financial process improvements.
• Project Management: Strong skills in managing relationships and third-party engagements, with multitasking capabilities.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team, thriving in a deadline-driven setting.
• Systems: Strong knowledge of Yardi.
