Talentedge are exclusively partnering with an instantly recognisable FinTech scaleup on a newly created Finance Director opportunity. Itβs fair to say that we know this business well, having made three very successful hires into the team since they began in-housing a few years ago.
As Finance Director, you will work closely with an industry leading and incredibly well connected FinTech CFO, on continuing to build a best-in-class finance function capable of supporting current and future explosive international growth. Your primary responsibility (whilst overseeing the day-to-day finance function) will be to focus on FP&A and increase the strength of Board reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, planning & KPI analysis reporting
- Build complex financial models and business cases to drive commercial decision making
- Have oversight and ownership on pricing strategies for new and existing products
- Support on future equity & debt raising activities
- Partner cross-functionally, whilst also being the main point of contact for external relationships and partners
- Mentor and develop a finance team consisting of qualified and non-qualified accountants
- Qualified accountant with a minimum of 8+ years PQE.
