The Role – Field Service Engineer, Laboratory Diagnostic Systems

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a technically motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer responsible for:

Servicing and repairing a wide range of sophisticated medical and laboratory diagnostic systems used within pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.
Visiting customer sites and providing troubleshooting solutions.
Interacting with external contacts, including laboratory managers and technicians from NHS and private scientific organizations.

Your Background – Field Service Engineer, Laboratory Diagnostic Systems

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

A background as a field service or technical support engineer with experience working on high-value capital equipment and electronics qualifications.
Experience with diagnostic systems, medical devices, laboratory systems, scientific equipment, or similar high-value electronic/electromechanical equipment. Experience in pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, pre-press, or printing is also relevant.
Full product training will be provided; applications from diverse technical backgrounds will be considered.
