About the Role

Our service provides specialist, person-centred support to adults with Autistic Spectrum conditions, additional learning disabilities, and mental health support needs.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking calm, resourceful, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our friendly team. You will provide person-centred care and support to tenants, enabling them to participate in daily activities and enjoy a variety of social and community engagements. Skills in positive communication and engagement, along with unconditional positive regard for the people we support, are essential.

Role Responsibilities

1. Supporting individuals with personal care, domestic tasks, and social activities such as walking, swimming, and gym visits.
2. Acting as a Key Worker or Co-Key Worker to coordinate support plans with the individual\’s wider support network.
3. Developing and maintaining high levels of family and service user involvement.
4. Embracing all aspects of the role, including flexible working hours, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Training and Benefits

Full training and mentoring will be provided, including autism support and tailored training for individual needs. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days leave, company-paid enhanced DBS, and additional payments for sleep-in shifts.

Location & Additional Information

The service is located near Middleton Park, with easy access to Leeds city center by bus or car.
