We are looking for caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for improving the quality of life for the people we support. In this role, you\’ll help individuals gain independence in daily activities while working within a dynamic team.

Our supported living service in Wolverhampton provides a welcoming environment where no two days are the same. You will support individuals by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socializing, and engaging in activities like visiting local bars or cinemas, playing video games, or watching films.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals, such as cooking or going on holiday.

We value the right experience and values. Candidates should be resilient, flexible, and composed, with experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans, working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
