Working in Food & Beverage can be busy, but there is nothing else quite like the feeling of working with “your people” and when your work colleagues are more like family. As a Team Leader, you are part of your tribe, helping them provide a warm welcome, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and set up and clear down your department. More than that, you ensure our guests and customers have an amazing experience, from recommending dishes and drinks to helping them find a taxi or the best theatre shows. You are not just a team leader – you are the person our guests love to talk about and their reason to return.

What we look for:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role, at least 1 year, preferably within hotel or hospitality industry
  • Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service and able to lead from the front
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service
  • Empathetic, able to build relationships, maintaining a calm and approachable demeanor, as this role involves being the face of the restaurant and creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues
  • An open personality who is relaxed and natural in interactions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work across both the restaurant and bar
  • Availability for late and morning shifts; adaptability to different working hours
  • Desire to progress within the hospitality industry
