We are hiring for a F&B Service Expert! Your new career at The Park Tower Knightsbridge Hotel is situated in the heart of one of London’s most alluring locales, our luxury hotel is a stone’s throw away from Hyde Park, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and the city’s chic dining spots. The hotel features timeless elegance blended with contemporary design, including an elegant lobby, spacious accommodations with views of London, and suites with dedicated service and breathtaking views of the London skyline and Hyde Park.
POSITION SUMMARY
Our goal is to create memorable and unique experiences for our guests, beyond just serving food and drinks. As an F&B Service Expert, you will take initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals. Responsibilities include:
- Setting tables
- Communicating with the kitchen
- Interacting with guests
- Serving
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies
You will make transactions part of the overall experience. Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and standards, maintaining a professional appearance and communication, and being physically active—standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with assistance), reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed to perform duties effectively.
