Here are some opportunities we have available: Family Law – Stirling (17001) • Manage a varied caseload, including matrimonial matters, guardianships, and adoptions. • Requires at least 2 years’ PQE, strong communication skills, and a proactive, empathetic approach. • Primarily office-based, with potential for flexible working arrangements. Family Law – Edinburgh or Glasgow (16998) • Handle complex family law cases, especially financial provisions for medium to high net-worth clients. • Requires at least 5 years’ PQE, with LSS accreditation preferred. • Flexible working options available, with opportunities for career growth. Family Law – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Inverness / Elgin (16985) • Advise on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. • Open to candidates at NQ level and above, with experience in financial provision and child law. • Hybrid working across multiple locations in Scotland. Family Law (Dispute Resolution) – Glasgow (16912) • Provide legal advice on family and child law matters, including divorce and child contact issues. • Requires at least 2 years’ PQE, strong negotiation and client management skills. • Full-time role with part-time options, occasional Edinburgh office attendance may be required. Family Law – North Lanarkshire (16221) • Manage a broad caseload, including separation, divorce, residence, child contact, and adoptions. • Open to candidates from NQ to 5 years’ PQE, with an interest in family law. • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements offered.
