As a Family and Immigration Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of both family law and immigration matters, representing clients with professionalism and care. You will work on a range of family law issues, including divorce, child arrangements, and domestic abuse, alongside immigration matters such as visas, asylum, and nationality applications. Key Responsibilities: Manage a mixed caseload of family law and immigration matters, providing advice and representation to clients. Family Law: Advise on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, domestic abuse, and related family law issues. Immigration Law: Assist clients with visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, and citizenship matters. Provide clear, practical, and timely legal advice to clients in both areas of law. Draft legal documents such as applications, petitions, letters, and court forms. Represent clients in court, including attending hearings and providing advocacy where necessary.
