Aon is recruiting a Junior Broker Facultative Reinsurance to join our Asia Pacific & Japan team in London. The role involves working with colleagues across Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore, and Tokyo to serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with regional offices to advise clients on placement design, coverage, capacity, pricing, and market progress.
- Negotiate reinsurance terms with reinsurers.
- Support the Account Executive team with placement and servicing of Facultative Reinsurance.
- Process placements, liaise with offshore teams for invoicing.
- Prepare and review contractual documents, endorsements, invoices, and evidence of cover.
- Address queries from clients and reinsurers, coordinating with other departments and offices.
- Gather and analyze data for market submissions and presentations.
- Follow Aon UK policies and participate in risk management activities.
