Job Description:

Manage and optimise the performance of distributors for an intravenous hardware manufacturer based in Italy.

Source and onboard new distributors.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of international medical sales experience.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to travel frequently.
• You determine your own work rhythm; however, results need to be strong.

Salary: €40-60K per annum plus commissions and bonuses.

This is a new role within an ambitious multinational team based out of Italy and across Europe.

We need a highly energetic medical sales professional who can inspire distributors to promote our brands, lead hospital account acquisition strategies, and provide excellent promotion and customer support.
