Constellation is looking for experienced Waiters/Wine Waiters/Bartenders to support and grow our exclusive front of house team, specifically for Edgbaston Stadium. We are seeking knowledgeable, confident candidates with enthusiasm for hospitality who wish to expand their skills and advance their careers. As part of the Constellation team, you will have opportunities to develop your knowledge of food, drinks service, and guest relations, creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent service to approximately 12-16 guests, ensuring they have an impeccable experience.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests.
  • Working effectively as part of a team.
  • Upselling premium food and drink options.
  • Wine waiting and wine pairing with menu dishes.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 12 months of waiting/bartending experience.
  • Confident in the steps of service for an à la carte restaurant.
  • Ability to confidently take food and drink orders.
  • Proficiency in loading, carrying, and unloading trays of drinks.
  • Knowledge of wine pairing with meals.
  • Ability to present, open, and pour wine and champagne confidently.

Requirements:

  • Over 18 years old.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during busy periods.
  • Confidence in interacting with colleagues and guests to build relationships.
  • Minimum of 12 months relevant experience.
  • Understanding of fine dining terminology and menu descriptions.

Working Hours:

This flexible role allows you to choose your shifts. There may also be opportunities to work at other venues in the future.
