The Experience Strategy Director provides day-to-day leadership on their accounts, defining and delivering the strategy that transforms the current customer experience.
As Experience Strategy Director, you’ll be responsible for bringing a fresh understanding of the current experience to our clients and finding opportunities where each company can meet their customers’ needs in new and creative ways.
Experience Needed:
- A background in consumer experience, ideally across a wide selection of sectors.
- Confidence in creating experience maps.
- Fluency in brand and digital communications (digital communications, UX product design), with the ability to adapt marketing theory to support proposed strategies.
- Data savvy; able to ask the right questions of analysts and confident in combining data from multiple sources to create unique insights that drive the business forward.
