YOUR DAY IN THE LIFE

We seek a motivated, consultative Executive Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and market intelligence to meet client needs. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the selection process: identifying, assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering feedback.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network through market research and bench management.
  • Developing proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Presenting top talent for open roles and handling objections effectively.
  • Consulting with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly recruitment goals.
  • Updating reports and managing administrative tasks related to applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in all recruitment aspects: market research, sourcing, negotiation, and closing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exceed performance expectations and adapt based on feedback.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to implement effective recruitment strategies and foster client relationships.
  • Excellent time management, flexibility, and collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and a strong social media presence.
