Job Description
Location: Liverpool, L3 9BP
Office based
Hourly rate: 14.50
Working Days/Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00)

List the duties/ responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with operational colleagues across the wider operations, showcasing your exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilfully manage case working duties in line with the assigned business area, including high-profile cases and broader issues.
  • Utilize internal systems to make informed casework decisions efficiently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, adapting to varied workstreams aligned with internal deployment priorities.
  • Ensure optimal team performance, productivity, and achievement of targets.

Training:
The Home Office will provide a 4 training period, consisting of shadowing experienced team members and on the job learning.
Please note that no annual leave will be permitted during the 2 weeks of training.

Role specific requirements:
You must hold a valid passport and must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years. Please note that a period of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years will unfortunately not be accepted. This role requires security clearance that will be processed for you if successful.
