Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant located in North West London. You will be working for a well-established and award-winning brand with a busy team, making it a great place to work.

As part of the commitment to innovation and development, an Executive Assistant with strong administrative skills is needed to join our forward-thinking team. This role’s main purposes will include providing administrative and secretarial support to senior board members, including the CEO and Senior Vice-President.

Your duties:

  1. Drafting, composing and proofreading letters and emails
  2. Arranging international and domestic travel
  3. Screening calls, enquiries and requests
  4. Supporting with organising and scheduling meetings, video calls and visitors
  5. Any other administrative duties as may reasonably be required

We need: Previous experience working in a similar position, strong communication skills, attention to detail, prioritisation, and a full driving licence.

Your package: £30k to £40k, Full time Role, Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm, 24 days plus bank holiday, dental cover, 50% off products, pension, free parking, company events, fresh fruit, hybrid working.
