We are looking for an Events PR and PR Showroom Co-ordinator to help run our new aspirational studio space in London, where we will hold product meetings, away days, PR events and much more. You will work alongside all product areas across home, brands and fashion and be responsible for coordinating all events, meetings and bookable work space. The role will sit within the existing PR team based in London.

About the role (non-exhaustive list):

  • Events: Manage Next Studio logistics, supplier liaison, event planning, and space coordination.
  • PR & Social Media: Handle showroom sample management, press mailers, and competitor analysis. Create engaging content for Next official PR channels. Track and report on PR and social media coverage. Monitor social media trends and contribute to content strategy.
  • Press/Influencers: Coordinate product for call-ins, support appointments, and contribute to influencer campaigns.
  • Press Launch: Assist with sample preparation, styling, and event support.
  • Misc: Provide team support, contribute to brainstorming, and share industry insights.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in PR or event management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to commute to our London office in Fitzrovia district.
