JOB SUMMARY
As an Event Planning Executive in Event Sales, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. The position would suit an existing Events Coordinator looking for their next step. Your tasks as an Event Planning Executive will include but not be limited to:
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Consult and recommend additional services and upgraded items to each client.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., catering, operations, AV, and housekeeping) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Maintain accurate records in the event management system, including bookings, contracts, BEOs, and correspondence.
- Prepare event agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure prompt payment in accordance with company policy.
