Scope of Work
The contractor is responsible for planning, executing, and completing the deployment of JAMF. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

1. Deployment and implementation
2. Testing and validation
3. Training and knowledge transfer
4. Post-deployment support

Deliverables
The contractor will deliver the following items throughout the 60-day deployment period:

1. Manage work according to the deployment plan and timeline
2. Assist with configuration and customization documentation
3. Training materials and sessions for the Service Desk and End User Compute (EUC) teams
4. Provide a final deployment report
5. Assist with updating support and maintenance documentation as part of the completion of the deployment of JAMF

Roles and Responsibilities

Collinson:

1. Provide access to necessary systems and resources
2. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
3. Review and approve deliverables
4. Provide feedback and support as needed

Contractor:

1. Execute the deployment plan
2. Communicate progress and issues regularly
3. Deliver high-quality documentation and training materials
4. Provide post-deployment support
