Your New Role:
As the Senior Ethics and Compliance Director for EMENA, you will shape the business’s Ethics and Compliance function. You will be tasked with staying on top of all regulatory changes, ensuring that the business adapts whenever needed. Areas that you will gain exposure to will involve Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions, Conflicts of Interest, and Anti-Money Laundering. You will also undertake risk responsibilities for the organization, developing risk mitigation strategies for critical risks the business faces while sharing best practices with all other areas of the business.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A minimum of 10 years experience within a compliance role.
- Bi-lingual, ability to speak both German and English fluently.
- Experience building or managing third-party risk management (TPRM).
- Extensive experience conducting investigations on a wide range of areas including Fraud and Corruption.
