Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant
Experience: 6-8 years of experience on Dynamics 365 F&O with full life cycle implementation.
Technical Skills:
- At least 2 End to End Dynamics F&O implementation experiences.
- Strong working knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance-related modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, General Ledger, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
- Knowledge of Finance Reporting Tools (Financial Reporting) and Electronic Reporting.
- Understanding of business processes and practices.
- Assist business users in defining business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Work with D365 F&O Technical team members and assist with customization.
- Testing enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy.
- Providing usability guidance and preparing reference material for end-users.
- Conduct User training for internal and external clients.
- Support customers during UAT, GO Live, and Hypercare phases.
- Collaborate with Project Team on D365 F&O customization testing, roll-out, and post-live support.
- Experience in Supply Chain is considered an asset.
Process Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of standard business processes.

- Sound knowledge of MS tools like Visio, Excel, Word, etc.

- Provide expertise in the functional area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
