ERP Lead Consultant

Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

Experience: 6-8 years of experience on Dynamics 365 F&O with full life cycle implementation.

Technical Skills:

1. At least 2 End to End Dynamics F&O implementation experiences.
2. Strong working knowledge across all MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance-related modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, General Ledger, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
3. Knowledge of Finance Reporting Tools (Financial Reporting) and Electronic Reporting.
4. Understanding of business processes and practices.
5. Assist business users in defining business requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
6. Work with D365 F&O Technical team members and assist with customization.
7. Testing enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy.
8. Providing usability guidance and preparing reference material for end-users.
9. Conduct User training for internal and external clients.
10. Support customers during UAT, GO Live, and Hypercare phases.
11. Collaborate with Project Team on D365 F&O customization testing, roll-out, and post-live support.
12. Experience in Supply Chain is considered an asset.

3. Sound knowledge of MS tools like Visio, Excel, Word, etc.
