We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to join our team who are excited about the opportunity to be a key part of our growth journey. Clients will range from privately owned businesses (owner-managed to private equity) to listed companies. The successful candidate will be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, presentations, and technical writing. Roles and responsibilities

  • Supporting the wider client service team on delivering client projects related to Equity Reward workflows, including:
  • Partnering with team members to support a wide range of equity reward matters, such as designing and structuring new incentive plans considering UK and overseas tax, commercial, tax, and accounting impacts; reviewing existing plans; advising on tax and commercial impacts of corporate transactions; designing incentives for post-deal scenarios; and supporting annual compliance and disclosure matters.
  • Leading moderately complex client engagements independently, consulting with senior team members as needed.
  • Managing the commercial aspects of engagements to meet quality and profitability targets.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, discussing personnel issues, and recognizing opportunities across disciplines.
  • Collaborating with other teams to provide integrated advice.
  • Delegating and reviewing work of junior team members from technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Training and developing junior team members.
  • Developing innovative solutions and participating in initiatives to bring these solutions to market.
  • Advising on technical issues and supporting knowledge management within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not essential.

  • ATT, CTA, ACA, Legal qualifications (completed, part-completed, or seeking), or relevant experience without qualifications.
