The IT Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business goals and IT strategy. This role involves evaluating business needs, assessing existing systems, and creating architectural blueprints to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
As an IT Enterprise/Solutions Architect with Bellrock, you’ll do it by:
- Designing and developing IT architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Evaluating and recommending technologies, frameworks, and platforms for enterprise solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensuring scalability, security, and performance of IT solutions.
- Overseeing the integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Leading the development of architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Providing technical guidance to development teams and IT staff.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participating in vendor evaluations and managing third-party technology solutions.
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as an IT Enterprise/Solutions Architect, you’ll need:
- 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, software development, or system design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
- Proficiency in designing APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or blockchain technologies.
