About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid – one day per month on site):

  • Map the As-Is landscape for the contact centre.
  • Create the blueprint for the integrations with the various systems.
  • Lead the research/discovery and create the documentation that completes the business case for the Resident Experience Programme.

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of Contact Centres.
  • Extensive Public Sector / Local Authority experience.
  • As-Is landscaping on a large scale.
  • Experience maturing functions.
