We invite an enterprising and ambitious Engineering Manager to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This role offers an exciting juncture to influence and shape operations within a thriving and rapidly growing company. As our Engineering Manager, your chief role will be to orchestrate first-rate engineering maintenance and support, adhering to our objectives and financial expectations. You will inspire and guide our engineering team at the site, inculcating a culture of constant enhancement while upholding the utmost delivery standards.
Skills required for this Engineering Manager Role:
- A background in a comparable role, preferably within the linen or a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrable expertise in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams.
- Familiarity with budget oversight and alignment with KPIs.
- Proven track record in stimulating continuous improvements.
- Pertinent academic credentials (mechanical, electrical, control skills) and training (MEWP/FLT/IPAF, Six Sigma/5S/Kasien, IOSH/NEBOSH).
