ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Engagement Manager plays a key role in overseeing multiple, complex projects and supporting business development efforts in close collaboration with senior project leadership. Engagement Managers serve as mentors to junior team members and leverage their experience to manage client relationships and project delivery.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage consulting engagements and client relationships
• Guide engagement teams to develop analyses, recommendations, and high-quality deliverables
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Coach team members on consulting skills, concepts, and methodologies
• Support business development opportunities

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of biopharma commercialization and launch issues
• Proven success in launch/brand strategy consulting for life sciences
• 6+ years at a leading management consulting firm
• Experience in brand strategy, launch planning, and project management
• Advanced degrees (MBA, PhD, MD) preferred
