Job Description

We are seeking an engineer (chemical or mechanical) to provide technical analysis on liability-related exposures for a client in the energy sector. The role aims to influence loss ratios and shape insurance decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assessing General and Product Liability risks
  2. Ensuring consistent risk selection and retention
  3. Building relationships with clients and brokers
  4. Identifying emerging risks
  5. Conducting on-site risk assessments and collaborating with underwriters

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Industry experience in oil & gas, power, or risk consulting is advantageous
  • Alternatively, candidates may be currently working within an insurer or broker

The role is hybrid, combining internal collaboration and external site visits, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
