Contract role: EMEA Equity Client Integration – Operations Analyst

Contract location: London, onsite Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:30hrs

Contract Duration: 6 months initially

Contract start date: ASAP (PAYE inside IR35)

This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our premiere Investment banking clients.

Overview

Equity Operations is a key part of the Global Banking & Markets Division. The business encompasses pre- and post-execution client services across Equities.

The Client Integration Team supports the onboarding of new Equities clients globally, focusing on efficiency, good client experience, and straight-through processing from front to back.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in partnership with other operations teams and Equities business to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of new clients, aiming for a positive client experience. Develop management skills across various topics.
  • Coordinate the onboarding configuration of new clients trading Equity products, including cash, synthetics, and listed options, and enable existing clients with new products and markets within Equities.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their post-execution preferences and requirements.
  • Liaise with multiple global teams across operations, technology, and business to build understanding of the trade lifecycle for Equities.
  • Proactively monitor newly onboarded clients\’ pilot trade activity to ensure smooth front-to-back processing.
  • Support the existing team in onboarding new business and clients.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong technical skills to find innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with equities (cash or synthetic) products in middle office, onboarding, or client service roles.
  • High professionalism and integrity.
  • Understanding of equities prime and franchise business.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and client service orientation.
  • Organized with attention to detail and client focus.

Requirements

Experience in investment banking equities, middle office, onboarding, cash or synthetics, listed options, client service.
