In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating compliance standards across EMEA, gathering general operational and audit information, and maintaining it for the SMBC EMEA sites.
You will ensure that EMEA Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are conducted and documented uniformly across all locations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting the required compliance information from EMEA sites into the ISS UK Tririga/Insight system for SMBC monthly reporting.
Your ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring successful compliance coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all compliance standards across EMEA
- Gather general operational and audit purpose information and maintain for the SMBC EMEA Sites
- Ensure EMEA PPM’s are conducted and evidenced in a uniform manner across EMEA
- Report required compliance information from EMEA sites into the ISS UK Tririga/Insight system for SMBC monthly reporting
- Support H&S alignment and reporting into UK CRES team
- Develop local relationships with the local teams
- Develop and maintain the SharePoint filing system with all EMEA site information required for audit and operational purpose
- Chase local teams for information such as pricing, PPM evidence etc.
- Conduct administration tasks to ensure the UK standard is maintained across EMEA
- Information gathering upon request
- Client communication and ensuring audit ready
- Contractor communication ensuring compliant with SMBC standards and cost-effective
- Support with other admin related tasks
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Ideally the job holder should be experienced in compliance coordination and have a good knowledge of compliance management
- Ideally the job holder should be experienced in statutory compliance (UK) with experience of EMEA compliance and regulations
- Awareness of project and operational standards and delivery methods
- Excellent IT skills required with key knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and preferably a CAFM system
