Your new role
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will lead a team and be responsible for delivering email marketing and marketing automation activities to reach, engage, and convert audiences across retail and investor segments. Your goal will be to enhance client experience, digital engagement, and broader marketing objectives.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in London with a 3/2 hybrid working model. You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing for Europe and manage two email marketing professionals. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Data, UX Design teams, and external agency partners.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an email marketing role within Financial Services, preferably in asset management.
• Proven track record of delivering successful email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of HTML for designing, building, testing, and dispatching email campaigns.
• Experience with automations and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Line management experience.
• Legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
