The role involves building and deploying responsive email templates and automated journeys, working closely with CRM and marketing teams to deliver effective communications. Key Responsibilities Build responsive, accessible HTML emails in line with brand and campaign requirements Set up, test, and deploy campaigns through Adestra, including automation flows and triggered journeys Implement personalisation and dynamic content to enhance relevance Ensure consistent rendering across email clients and devices through QA and testing Develop and maintain modular templates for efficiency and scalability Collaborate with CRM/data teams for tagging, segmentation, and reporting setup Support both BAU communications and campaign activities across customer lifecycle stages Required Skills and Experience Experience with Adestra, including automation and personalisation Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive, mobile-friendly email builds Knowledge of cross-client rendering issues and accessibility standards Experience with testing tools like Litmus or Email on Acid Ability to work with data-driven content, conditional logic, and dynamic blocks Attention to detail with problem-solving and debugging skills Proactive, reliable, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision Skills HTML Litmus Employee Value Proposition Our client is a well-established marketing company in Edinburgh with over 30 years of experience, working with major brands.
