We are looking for an Electrician to join the in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association. This role will require out of hours cover to be provided (on rotation) paid in accordance with policy at the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing a wide range of electrical maintenance within tenanted properties including CCU upgrades, fault finding, accessory changes and ensuring that the properties are safe, compliant and habitable.
  • Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations - BS7671:2018
  • Level 3 Award in the Periodic Inspection & Testing and Certification of in-service Electrical Installations (QCF) or equivalent
  • A company work van and fuel card (for business use only)
  • Access to parking apps/permits (for business use only)
  • 28 days paid annual leave entitlement (excluding bank holidays)
  • Pension and benefits scheme
  • Annual bonus subject to group performance
  • Non-contributory life assurance
