Job summary
Marine Electrical Field Service Engineers working as a Field Service Engineer. You will travel globally to vessels supporting the clients with operations & repairs.
Key skills required for this role:
- Install the kit on new build and retrofit vessels across the globe.
- Experience with Maritime Electrical Engineer equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the final stages of production of the kit in the workshop to understand the product.
- Install the kit on new build and retrofit vessels globally.
- Commission the kit on new build and retrofit vessels globally.
- Conduct Sea Acceptance Tests of the kit globally.
- Perform acceptance testing of the kit.
- Provide operational support globally.
Qualifications / Other Requirements:
- Ability to work globally.
- Willingness to be at sea or away from home for a 6-week rotation (not every job).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Full Passport – Unrestricted.
- Confidence in communicating with all personnel on board a vessel at sea or in dock.
