Job Description:
In this position, you will report directly to the Branch Directors and will play a key role in the sale of electrical products. Therefore, previous sales experience in a similar role within an electrical wholesaler environment is essential.
Full-time working is a requirement for this role, and you will be expected to work weekends on a rotational basis. Responsibilities include providing quotations for customers, building and maintaining relationships with both customers and team members in the branch, liaising with manufacturers and suppliers to purchase materials, and managing stock levels for all categories. You will provide excellent customer service and sound product advice to ensure we build and maintain great customer relationships, going the extra mile to meet customer expectations and making MKM the company of choice for electrical sales.
As the face of MKM to many of our customers, you should be of smart appearance, have a positive, friendly and helpful manner, and be enthusiastic, hardworking, and possess a positive attitude.
