Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer
Location: Covering Glasgow, Dundee, and Aberdeen
Salary: £40,000 Company Vehicle + Benefits

Here is a new opportunity to take on a dynamic position covering three key sites in Glasgow, Dundee, and Aberdeen. This role is perfect for an experienced Electrical Engineer who thrives in a mobile role and enjoys the challenge of maintaining multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs across three designated sites.
- Ensure all electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels, are functioning efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and ensure minimal downtime for critical systems.
- Conduct safety inspections, testing, and certification as required.
- Collaborate with on-site teams and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out using our digital management systems.
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and provide recommendations for improvements.
To be considered:
- Qualified Electrician with a recognized trade apprenticeship and relevant certifications (e.g., 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection).
- Proven experience in building services or facilities maintenance.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
