A long established building services engineering consultancy are looking to recruit an Electrical Design Engineer Building Services. You will work on a broad range of construction projects in the healthcare, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

The Role:

We are looking for a full time, enthusiastic Electrical Design Engineer Building Services to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Main electrical design engineer on projects assigned.
2. Define the scope and approach for mechanical on projects.
3. Delegating office based design work and CAD to juniors.
4. Carry out office based design works where required.
5. Write Specifications.
6. Carry out site surveys.
7. Attend design team meetings.
8. Liaise with clients and contractors.
9. Manage project deadlines.
10. Ensure project deadlines are achieved and deliverables are delivered.
11. Train junior engineers.

Skills Required:

1. BEng/BSc/HNC/HND in building services or related.
2. 5 years experience in building services engineering or related role.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Building Services Engineering Consultancy, Electrical Engineer, Design Engineer, M&E Design and Build and be living within a commutable distance of Warwick, Coventry, Redditch, Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Southam, Rugby, Daventry or be willing to relocate.
