Electrical Data Centre Shift Technician or Multi Skilled Shift Engineer – Critical Environments

Based in Hertfordshire, with a potential market-leading salary of £51k plus 10% annual bonus.

We are assisting in recruiting a key member of the Onsite Shift Team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive Critical Electrically biased Data Centre Shift Technician based at a large Data Centre in Hertfordshire, working directly with the Data Hosting Company.

The complex boasts a friendly atmosphere and above-average staff retention levels. You will work within a specialist Critical team at a state-of-the-art technical Data Centre that offers a modern and clean environment. This role offers easy travel access out of the heart of London.

Candidates should ideally have completed an apprenticeship or have equivalent time-served experience within M&E maintenance environments. Hands-on experience is required in planned and reactive maintenance of single & three-phase power, UPS, power generators, lighting, HVAC plant, air conditioning, etc. Candidates must possess full electrical City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.
