Job Description:

Permanent People is collaborating with an Edinburgh-based recruitment agency seeking experienced 360 recruitment professionals to join their expanding team.

The current vacancies are in the FMCG, White Collar Construction, and Manufacturing sectors.

1. The successful candidate will manage the full 360 recruitment process, including securing new business, recruiting, and interviewing candidates weekly.
2. Strong new business sales experience and the ability to recruit, select, and provide excellent recruitment services are essential.
3. This role offers the opportunity to bill almost immediately due to a large client base that relies on the firm for high-quality candidates.
4. Applicants should have at least one year of 360 recruitment experience in an agency setting and possess strong sales skills.
5. Proactivity and commercial awareness are important qualities.
6. A proven track record in the recruitment industry is required.
7. Compensation includes a 25% commission and individual quarterly bonuses.
